Emotionally Focussed Therapy
For many years I have had the privilege of accompanying people through some of the most significant moments of their lives.
What continues to inspire me is the courage people bring to the therapeutic process and the profound changes that can occur when emotional experiences are met with safety, understanding and compassion.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing occurs within connection and that meaningful change becomes possible when we feel seen, understood and accepted.
At different times in life, we can find ourselves feeling disconnected from those we love, uncertain of ourselves, or overwhelmed by experiences that seem difficult to navigate alone.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and discover new ways of relating to ourselves and others.
My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy and informed by a deep respect for the human need for connection, belonging and emotional safety.
